Discover the heartwarming stories of Puss n' Pooch Safe Retreat (PPSR in short), a sanctuary formed in early 2022 by a mother-and-son team passionate about rescuing and nurturing abandoned dogs and cats. With years of experience, Madam Chan and Dr Edwin Sam have dedicated their lives to creating a safe haven for these furry friends to rest, play, and be protected. At Puss n' Pooch Safe Retreat, you'll witness the incredible bond between animals and humans and be inspired by acts of kindness.

 

PPSR Paws Angels is our platform to raise funds. Embrace your love for animals and the environment by supporting Paws Angels! This platform has found a unique solution to two problems at once: non-recyclable plastic waste and stray animals in need. We create beautiful and eco-friendly 'Ecocreations', kokedama plants and more; all funds go directly toward caring for the furry friends who need it most.

At our organization, we are dedicated to making the world a better place for stray and abandoned animals. We believe that every animal deserves a safe and comfortable living environment and we work tirelessly to provide just that.

 

We also believe in the importance of neutering and vaccinating animals, and we partner with local rescuers to spread awareness and provide much-needed care. Our temporary group housing ensures that every animal receives the support they need while they await their new forever homes.

 

We prioritize the well-being of the animals in our care, ensuring they have the freedom from hunger, discomfort, pain, injury, disease, fear, and distress that they deserve. Our commitment doesn't stop there - we are proud to be building an eco-friendly shelter that will further our efforts towards sustainability.

for building a new shelter at Kuala Kubu Bandar; a safe haven for animals in need

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our team, we have secured a gorgeous 5-acre lot in Kuala Kubu Bandar. It's now primed and ready for us to begin construction! But of course, we can't do it alone. We humbly ask for your help to complete the three critical phases necessary to turn this land into a home for our furry friends. With your financial support, together we can create a space that will change countless lives for the better. Let us give you the low-down on this animal shelter's plans:

PHASE 1

Creating the area for staff quarters and precious foster animals, as well as setting up spaces for our furry residents to call home.

PHASE 2

Expand our reach to help boarding pets in need, whether through donations or daily necessities to keep the shelter running.

PHASE 3

Offer a much-needed larger space for residence dogs and cats to roam and explore, infinitely happier with large spaces to call their own.
